Very impressed with the help I have received. I was unable to log in and I also had an issue with the dashboard not loading correctly. After speaking to the team on the phone, my issue was raised with the technical team and I was provided with a support ticket. Within the same day, my issues were resolved.

I will never ever use them again. Use them if you want to ruin your dreams. I hired them to develop a website for my new venture (B2C). They started the development in December 2021 and the website is still far from completion. Extremely slow. Absolute lack of attention to detail. So far they have changed 3 project managers. The recent project manager showed up couple of times and vanished from the scene too. I have even tried to speed up the development by giving them pointed feedback in PPT format but it has become extremely painful exercise. I have tried to even escalate the matter but did not get any joy. I have paid the full fee for website development and gods only knows when it will be completed. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. LOST TIME, LOST EFFORT, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY....

In an email I requested certain changes to my website, changing certain words and adding extra pages. I am very impressed in the timely response to my request, about a week, and everything done to my request. Thank you all for your dedicated work.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. Chris, my Client Service Executive did a great job overseeing everything and communicated well. Ashish, who was my website developer was superb, responding to my every request and providing some really good tutorials so that I could manage the website once finished. The only small gripe I had was the time it took to get the logo in an alternative colour to use on white background. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Although I don't like dealing remotely, eventually I was really happy with the outcome. Sometimes a little slow for my liking but I am just impatient. Overall a really good job and continuing support still there

Great service from ElevateOM. Designed a great looking site and were very accommodating to all the changes and amendments I required. Would highly recommend. Ashish, the web developer, was especially helpful and highly skilled.
