Jan 19,2022The positive aspects it the service I received was good quality work on the website construction and responded to inputs and changes. The negative aspects were long delivery time. Original estimate for job completion was 4 weeks but the actual finished job took two months. If improved fast delivery will be perfect

Past deadline on my website delivery and what they are busy with is nothing like I asked for. 6 and a half weeks for a booking system which I could have done myself in a week. And to be frankly honest, it has been a very long and arduous 6 and a half weeks. Seven since I paid. I didn’t want only a booking system. The initial brief was for so much more than a booking system. I am just wondering about the quality as well. I have never before seen a ‘Home’ page which has been typed in capital letters. I have never seen a website which looks so odd on a screen. Oh! And still waiting for their content team. I had my own content done elsewhere. Be aware of the ‘free add-ons’. They cost you money. My whole experience has been absolutely awful. The only shining light in this dreary picture is Maria, who completely understood what I needed, right down to the contracts, and the interaction on the platform. But how the website stands right now, I have no idea what they were thinking. The only time there was any speed or attention was when they wanted the next payment. This is affecting my business and they know it. EDIT 17/1/2022: Still waiting on a solution from ElevateOM/WebCreation. In the meantime I have quotes from other developers ready to do the work. If only everybody understood the urgency. Two weeks past deadline today. My business is on hold and I need to move forward instead of standing still. EDIT: I gave up with this company. Paid the bill and took possession of my website. Which is being done by a developer who costs less than a third of this company. Website had to be completely restarted due to all the coding they put in on it so basically I paid for nothing. Look me up on LinkedIn or FB and I will refer you to my new developer. Julie Hiener

Jan 08,2022We completed and signed off the work in October and still don’t have a live site ! After so much communication with them in far away corners of the globe I’m about to sign off well earned cash as a total loss ! Not happy that we have to go through so many people to get anything resolved , I really thought snd was led to believe that this was a company solely based in Wiltshire ! I’ll update if I ever see a live working website from them !

Jan 07,2022This company functions and trades as Webcreation UK. They are nothing but a middle man and they outsource work abroad. If you want someone living in the Republic of Far Far Away creating your website, who always takes at least 2-3-4 days to reply to the smallest thing, who has no understanding of the standard of quality needed in UK, then go for it. Also, most of their 5* reviews seem to be a scam, as the same people seem to post the reviews on different platforms - who takes the time to review a company on several platforms??? Also, the very most of their 5* reviewers have only 1 review - the one for them. I call bull on that... The website they created is riddled with mistakes and simply cannot go live: - the photos still have the security inserts from 123rf.com - the main block of text on the homepage has two different fonts, the bulk of it is in bold, but they have a paragraph that isn’t, no attention to detail, very very poor. - the photos that they have used in the homepage slideshow are the wrong type; they are massively zoomed in because they are using a “portrait” or “landscape” version of them rather than the banner version. This creates an awful feel visually. Looks like a 10 year old did it. - the text for the photos on the slideshow is very poorly written - they basically did a copy/paste from my email without any consideration to what the reader’s experience would be and the message you try to transmit. It should be a title and a subtitle description to make message/visual sense. - they still have a Twitter handle, although I asked for this to be removed weeks ago. - where are the “Services” “Locations” and “News” pages??? - weddings page - I asked for the photo with the steak to go in the 3-course menu section, not as a banner. It went in as a banner and all you can see is some "brown" green beans - looks awful. They took a good thing and turned it into a disaster. I could go on and on… these are my comments only for the first two pages, no point in checking any further. Sanchit - my experience of having him as my website designer has been a disaster. He simply doesn’t have the experience and the understanding to design a high quality website for my company and the best thing to do is to get a replacement. I am tired of waiting, it's been going on and on for months now, tired of teaching them how to do their jobs and tired of saying the same thing again and again. Their skills are not good enough for what I need and this whole thing needs to stop. Jay - I asked again and again for a replacement designer, also asked for you to call me. You never did. Very very poor, if you have money to waste then go for it, if you don't stay well away. I will continue to update this as I go along with them. If the experience improves, you'll know about it. If it doesn't you'll also know.

Jan 04,2022ElevateOM was a good choice in developing my website. Their information on the creation and management of the website has been quite clear. I found the content creation and presentation was a challenge but I was well supported throughout the process. However, it is important to give them quite clear instructions to ensure they fully understand the changes/corrections that were required. All in all very satisfied with their service and quality.
