Sep 04,2023I bought 2 Sacred Heart Pouches and they were lovely but one of them was faulty & the personalised lettering not as I’d expected. The service I received to rectify the issue was incredibly good, in fact amazing. Customer service was polite, open to feedback and swift. The replacement arrived in time for me to take my items on holiday with me as they were presents for relatives abroad. I was very impressed. This was my first purchase and I’m sure I’ll buy again.

Sep 04,2023I ordered an everyday bag for my cousins 60th, I also ordered a box for the item I had ordered as I wanted the gift to be perfect. On receipt of the item I had ordered the box I had ordered was damaged, I paid £5.00 for the box so I contacted the company to see if they could replace it, they never had the decency to respond, so I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money on their items, customer service appauling.

I would definitely recommend this brand as it’s such good quality for the price. The postage was very prompt too. Buy one to make your day.
