Sep 04,2023I have bought two day bags, two coin purses, wash bag, laundry bag, small shopping bag and a cosmetic bag. Obviously I love this brand. The goods are all well made and the embroidery stays intact. I have washed my day bag with no problems. Lovely colours with beautiful embroidery. An added bonus is the support that is given to the wildlife trusts with your purchase. Good delivery and all goods come in a material bag that can be reused. Only thing left to buy now is the overnight bag !!!!

It’s the perfect size - I love it and it makes me smile every time I use it. Orders arrive quickly and beautifully packaged. I can’t recommend Elizabeth Scarlett highly enough.

Beautifully designed and constructed and very professional service. One item started fraying, I emailed customer service, not only was the response and subsequent return instructions prompt, but so was the replacement item they sent (fray free).

Sep 04,2023I ordered a sacred heart everyday pouch and had it personalised, its gorgeous, but only one side is personalised and at £16 for 5 letter I feel this is a little steep. The packaging and posting I can not fault.

Sep 04,2023It’s interesting seeing all the other negative reviews as I’ve been very happy with my ES purchases. Over the last couple of years I have bought 2 velvet pouches (one big, one small), a large cotton pouch with embroidered seahorses and a large cotton tote bag with embroidered suns. Yes they’re expensive but overall I don’t feel too ripped off as I try and buy in sales/ special offers - and the quality has been consistently good, with heavyweight zips on the pouches, neat thick embroidery and well finished. Would definitely buy again.

I have several items including a pouch, make up bag and wash bag and I have brought several gifts too. I love that a percentage of the profits go back to helping wildlife organisations and I enjoy seeing the work of the Sheldrick trust on instagram.
