Dec 10,2021I bought a Fiat 500 off these lovely me who were so kind to deliver it for free and leave a bottle of Prosecco in the car for me! Excellent service, kept me updated the whole time, nothing was too much trouble very friendly and helpful cant fault a thing:)

Nov 16,2021Initial communication with Steve was very good. Matt took over and initially he was helpful however during a conversation with Matt, my bank and I regarding payment of the remaining £25k to purchase a VW Passat Matt's conduct raised concern with my bank who subsequently refused to transfer the £25k as they believed it was too high risk. I spoke to Matt later and his attitude became hostile repeatedly telling me he had gone out of his way to get the car ready for me, (the car had actually been on sale for 90 days at this point but was unavailable awaiting return from France and required the French number plates to be returned to UK plates). Matt stated he wasn’t bothered if I didn’t buy the car as he could easily sell it and would put the price up £500 to £26,999 if I didn’t purchase it. As a result of Matt’s unprofessional conduct I withdrew from the purchase and Matt agreed to refund the £1495 deposit. Matt later messaged me to apologise however at this point I determined making a 235mile 12 hour bus journey (which had cost me £36 to book) to collect the car was too risky. It may be that Matt had had a bad day however his unprofessional conduct was unacceptable and subsequently I would not recommend buying a car from Elliott Jarvis Cars.

Oct 15,2021I phoned Elliot Jarvis cars having seen a car advertised on Autotrader. There was no picture as they were awaiting delivery. They told me they would ring me when it arrived, which they promptly did. We went to see it, and we were able to examine it fully, no pressure at all, and allowed to test run on our own.. Discussed part exchange on our car. We were in no hurry so arranged to pick it up when ready. They arranged to meet at a local supermarket car park, saving a trip, car there with a bow and a small gift. They let us keep our old car to tow our caravan for a planned trip and part exchanged later, what a help. After hand over, discovered cover to seat belt anchor missing and they supplied and fitted new panel. Fantastic friendly, helpful people, and a great car at a good price as well. Totally recommend them.
