May 20,2023From start to finish Matt was superb, quick to answer questions, probably the most helpful car salesman I’ve ever come across (and in my 50’s that’s a few!). Couldn’t do enough to help, and gave valuable honest advice on the sale of my own car as well. No pushy sales pitch from these guys just honest reliable info, a pleasure to deal with and will definitely use again even though I’m 100 miles away. Thanks for all your help guys really appreciate it.

May 17,2023Excellent service. A fault developed a couple of weeks after purchasing. Steve was very helpful and got it all sorted, even gave me a hire car whilst the fault was being fixed. Would definitely buy from Elliott Jarvis Cars again.

Mar 12,2023Matt consistently went out of his way to make me feel respected, valued and cared for - not just as a customer, but as a person. On the back of an absolutely awful experience with a different garage, Matt and Elliott Jarvis are leagues ahead. The civic I just drove home from them is faultless, with extra work put in to iron out a couple of small issues. The free prosecco was an incredibly classy touch, too!

So my daughter mentioned to Steve I was looking for something, He phoned asking what I was looking for. Within a couple of days I was back on the road. Both Steve and Matt.are two lovely, honest, genuine, guys you could ever wish to meet. No sales pitch or pressure. Feb 20,2023I bought a VW Passat from Elliott Jarvis and it couldn't have been easier. I spoke on the phone with Matt on the Saturday and arranged to meet the following day to view the car. He made time out of his Sunday with his family to come and help me. There was no sales pitch, no pressure to buy, he just answered any questions I had about the car openly and honestly. I was made to feel like a valued customer by his fantastic service and drove away very happy safe in the knowledge I'd bought a great car from a great dealership. Only positives from here and would highly recommend their services to anyone

Feb 20,2023BEST CAR SELL'S GARAGE EVER Garages all have a stigma that they rip you off....where did that come from? I don't know but we (mum and I) have been 'ripped off through the years'. Totally no trust in any garage. I entered Elliot Jarvis with my mum nervous that the same was about to happen, Matt approached us and I just felt like we are OK....we aren't going to get ripped off. Steve then gave my keys over with a big red ribbon on my car and a very lovely bottle of Prosecco. The changing of documents process was made too easy. The service I have received is absolutely outstanding and these guys are amazing. Their years of experience doesn't go unnoticed at all. They literally know how to sell a car the right way but also how cars work and who is the right customer for a car. Also they sell lovely trust worthy cars. There is very cute and lovable dogs sometimes in house which hanging out with feels like therapy. There is sweets, coffee etc for any buyer. Now the aftercare.....I am under warranty so any fault these guys will fix and also I am getting a little valet. My mum's car has just broke and she has no hesitation to put her trust on Steve and Matt. Thank you both soo much 🥰

Felt completely trustworthy, which was very important to us. Steve and Matt didn't let us down.
