Nov 08,2023From start to finish there was nothing but great customer service from everyone at Elliot Jarvis Cars. No pressure was made into making a sale or adding extras on. Simply put, if the car wasn't right I wouldn't have bought it. I will gladly recommend to my friends should they ever be looking for a new car that this a go-to car dealer. .

Oct 29,2023Very positive experience. Matt was very approachable and answered all our queries promptly, even late into the evening. The car was presented in an excellent condition and no pressure to buy was made. Sales package very comprehensive and carried out without faff!

Oct 18,2023I know these guys have a raft of five star reviews, but honestly they deserve them. Pre sales comms were brilliant, Matt was awesome on the day, helpful, considerate and respectful. We took up his entire morning and he was friendliness and professionalism personified. We were wary about buying a used car after a bad experience elsewhere and Matt understood that and allowed us our time and space to really examine the car and go over it with a fine tooth comb. Post sale comms have also been excellent, he had checked in to see how we are getting on and to confirm the warranty for us. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely visit Elliott Jarvis cars again.

After someone wrote my car off, Matt and Steve were happy to talk about different makes and models that I was thinking about without any pressure to sway me in the direction of the cars they happened to have available. There aren't any dodgy sales techniques or pressure to buy, just genuine guys trying to help you get the car you want/need. Highly recommended

Sep 23,2023I came across the car I wanted on auto trader, I wasn’t able to get to them in time for their opening and closing hours and they were extremely helpful and allowed me to come out of hours to see the car! matt was lovely and so welcoming and also completely honest when I asked questions about the car which I appreciate. The car is perfect and has no problems. And I would definitely buy another car from them!!

Sep 21,2023After coming across an advert on autotrader we popped straight down to see the car - although it wasn’t officially ready for viewing as soon as it came back we were first to know . Steve was so patient and very welcoming waiting for us and keeping back on hold. The car was in amazing condition and the guys ensured everything was in good condition . We really appreciate your service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them. Highly recommend !!

It was just refreshing how seamless and honest the whole process was. Genuinely excellent service. Even though they are based miles away from me, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I got an excellent trade in on my old car and everything was sorted within 4 days of first contact and I able to drive away in my new which worth every penny. I am awaiting a small wing mirror panel which I have been assured is on its way. All said an excellent service from a first rate car dealer many thanks to all at Elliott Jarvis Cars.

Nov 19,2023After having a recent bad experience buying a car privately, I decided to go to a dealer this time and spent a lot of time looking for the right car, I eventually found the car I wanted and it was at Elliot Jarvis. After reading the many great reviews on Trustpilot and Google I got in touch with them to enquire about the car I wanted, Matt and Steve have been SO helpful sorting things out for me, so friendly, not at all pushy, they aren't like car salesmen trying to talk you into things, they don't ask for deposits to reserve a car, they genuinely want to help and can't do enough for you :) The whole process of finding the car, sorting the finance and taking the car away was smooth and easy. Their cars come with a clean MOT, service and 12 months warranty which really gives peace of mind. I absolutely love my new car, if you're thinking about going with these guys I would 100% recommend them and have been recommending them to friends and family! I'm hoping my car will last me many years but when the time does come to get a new one I would definitely return to Elliot Jarvis as I have total faith in them and I consider them the best place to buy a used car :)
