Nov 22,2019Our first time using Email Monks. It all started off fine and looked like it was going to be hitch free... Then we (internally) had some irritating issues and some important issues. We nearly had to cancel the mailshot campaign which would have been a disaster for us. We received fantastic support for the tech issues and the mailshot went just in time. That's what you want when you're doing something really important for your business. These guys rock. Try them.

They delivered the code and assets, and I couldn't figure out how to make them work in the new platform. They jumped right in and set everything up for me. Very quick turnaround and super responsive. If you ever need any email work, urgent or not, these are guys the best!!! DO NOT go anywhere else, don't use custom templates in your ESP. Be unique in design and get these guys to convert into the BEST html builds you can get! Cost 5* Timing 5* Knowledge 5* Understanding of your brief and feedback 5*

Sep 23,2019We've been working with the Monks for almost a year, with several emailing campaigns each month. The rendering of their work is always impeccable, and deadlines are always (largely) kept. Communication has never been an issue,and we have the same account manager ( Hi Sid ! ) since the very beginning who handles each of our requests. After-sales service is also ultra-responsive when needed. THIS is what I call cost effective services and profitable outsourcing. In a nutshell : I highly recommend the monastery ! :-) Greeetings
