Jul 30,2019The Email Monks have done a fantastic job coding 4 new email templates for us. We've always been very impressed with their work. They're very professional, the communication and updates throughout has been brilliant. The email templates have been coded to a high level, making it easy to update the HTML when using the templates in the future. We had one rendering issue - which the Monks work to resolve for us quickly. I highly recommend them - thank you!

I made a costly mistake and Email Monks were gracious and accomodating, helping me fix an issue that could have derailed an entire campaign. They were speedy to respond to my many, many questions. It's the best responsive design I have ever seen, absolutely bulletproof even in an [iPhone + Gmail] environment where emails typically have a white gap on the right side of the screen. Delivered on-time and above expectation. What's more, when I ran into an issue with my ESP overwriting a couple of CSS classes, EM customer service helped me troubleshoot over multiple emails late at night. My email service provider didn't respond for 2 business days.

The process of submitting our design ideas was easy, and I liked the platform they provided to comment on the project and give my feedback. The Monks were also very responsive to my (many) emails with questions, always answering in a friendly, personalized way, which was refreshing. The email template they made looks beautiful. We'll definitely use the Monks again!
