Dec 04,2018Their customer service was fantastic! We ordered the cheapest headphones for school use. Only about half of them worked out of the package. When I contacted the company, they replaced all 100 and with a higher quality. The next step up in headphones have been working very well. I will reorder them when needed.

Ordered a case and after a week sent an email inquiring about it, I received an email back that DAY, informing me of a back order and that they would refund the cost and still send the case out when in stock. I would do business with them again and highly recommend them.

Nov 06,2018I really like these headphones for my first graders. The one thing I would like to see a change is placement of the microphone. It is on the cord which is very long and the microphone is far away from the students mouth. I have worked on helping them understand to hold it closer, but it is hard for the little guys to remember. We are working on recording our reading. Thanks for a product that fits their heads and is comfortable for my students.

Oct 18,2018The good folks at Encore Data Products treated me with the utmost respect. I purchased a tablet cover and I received a different one than what I ordered. I contacted them and immediately they shipped the correct one. However when that arrived it was not what I was expecting. Again, when I contacted them, they gave me instructions on how to return it. I sent both back and got a prompt refund. They were very nice and personable in their emails as well. I hope I can purchase something else from them just because they were so nice I want to give them business.
