Oct 25,2019Encore matched me with a personal representative. Through calls and email, she helped me to make a choice about purchasing headphones that would meet the needs of a grade K-3 computer lab. Some of those needs included: having a microphone, vinyl or plastic padded, ear pieces and cords that were long enough. Holly followed-up via email during the summer. Our school secretary made an error and forgot to place the order. I was so happy, that when we discovered the error, Encore shipped the order immediately. The headphones, mouse pads and other items function exactly as described.
