Jan 13,2017Headphones fit nicely and have great sound. The volume control on the muff works more easily than those on a cord. Only wish there was more padding on the head band, but I can wrap some foam around it. Also happy with the price!

I was on a very tight deadline and she met was able to work with me and get me the devices I needed within 72 hours! Her level of professionalism and willingness to help me was astounding! They were a Christmas present for a family member who frequently needs an 'in between' replacement pair of earbuds. The earbuds I chose were based on the earbud shape alone, not sound quality. We were extremely pleased with how polite and kind everyone was from the initial inquiry phone call to each and every email of correspondence we exchanged. I cannot fully express our excellent satisfaction about them. Customer Service seems to be a lost art but Encore Data Products does not fail.

Nov 18,2016I hate earbuds with a passion. Encore Data had reasonably priced disposable headsets which are perfect for listening to books on CD, Playaways, and cassettes which I borrow from the library. I purchased enough for the entire family and recommended them to the local library.
