The Sales advisor Beth Dixon was very good in helping me choose which was the best electricity plan for my business. I was taking back with the politeness of this person and also how professional she was in her job. She def gets 5 stars from me no questions asked I have spoken to lots of people in the past from various companies when its time to renew contracts etc but by far she has been the best in customer service 10 out of 10. Straightforward discussion regarding options available. Very suitable if you do not want the hassle of doing the research yourself. Do not know how large or limited is their 'bank' of alternative service providers.
What a breath of fresh air. As a business owner I get hoards of emails and phone calls harassing me around about the time our utilities are up for renewal. Some of these people are so aggressive in their sales manner. Beth Dixon made it so simple and completely stress feel. No pushy sales blurb, no pressure to sign just gave me the prices and let me choose which is a godsend. She was so friendly and extremely polite and if there is some sort of reward for customer service then you should give it to her. I have now got energy helpline on my contact lists so when they call next year I wont ignore the calls like I do for the zillions of other pushy sales calls I get .Thanks once again Beth :)

Excellent. Energy Advice Line contacted me when my renewal was due and their service has remained as good as it was the first time I used them.
After speaking to Liam today at energy advice line he sorted my new electric contract with EDF my contract comes to a end at the end of September Liam was easy to talk to and explained everything so I understood everything Liam quote was cheaper than ringing edf themselves which was surprising I would recommend energy advice to you all David whitaker
Provided good information on contract options available and once we had decided to proceed the contract was set very quickly.
Very helpful and relatively quick process. Result correlated with other investigations and proved the best option.
