Sam was able to bring up all the details quickly, and I found him to be courteous, efficient and easy to deal with, and we finalised the new contract without delay. May 30,2017Spoke with Claire White today about my new Electricity contract. I've been dealing with Energy Advice Line for about 10 years now, for both my Electricity and Gas renewals. Claire, like all the staff i've dealt with previously, was absolutely brilliant. It's great to know that someone else can take away the hassle of sorting these things out. Can't wait for them to start doing Domestic contracts. Would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
