Claire was really helpful in getting us the best deal. We have used Energy Advice Line for a number of years and it is a great service. Saves us loads of time getting us the best deal. Claire kept us informed all the time and was a great help in getting the contracts sorted out. Thank you once again.

Clair White from the Energy Advice Line was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable without having to constantly put me on hold to find out answers to my questions. She explained the options in a clear and concise way giving me confidence to make a decision on behalf of the business.

I was so stressed finding an energy supplier for our business, after having many many problems with BES i was dreading it!! Energy Advice Line were great, i dealt mostly with a young guy call 'Tom' who was so helpful, he took all the stress out of the situation! was always on hand when i had questions and found me a great deal. He called me back just enough times to keep on top of it but not to much that it got annoying!!! I defiantly highly recommend this company. A* customer service

Great service and a good look around for the right rates. Just one warning - I am new at this and went along with them but I would recommend not renewing until you have received the renewal notice from your current supplier. Energy Ad vice Line still got me the best rate but it is better to follow the recognised procedure.

Great service from Claire who tool me through the renewal options of my electricity supplier and patiently explained the options. It was clear she and the company were very customer focused and telephoned and e-mailed me with the options when convenient for me. Very pleased with the outcome and will look to getting other utility services that my business uses to get competitive quotes. Highly recommended.
