I would like to say what a great help Beth was when sorting out our Electricity contract with clear and precise information regarding the new agreement
I came across Energy Advice Line having done a commercial price comparison for electricity. After initially receiving an email from them I then received a phone call to chat through our requirements. There was no pushy sales patter & the prices which we were offered & agreed on were way below what I had been quoted by our existing supplier via a direct call to them. I would certainly recommend Energy Advice Line for your commercial energy needs (they unfortunately don't do domestic requirements at the moment)
I used this company, it costs me months of time and worry and money to sort out their mistake. A company that seems to be run by young unacountable people. They got meter serial numbers mixed up, but did nothing but ignore the problem an pass the book, leaving it to me to sort out the problem they had caused. I would tell anyone to be wary of a company that does not accept responsibility for their actions and mistakes, especially one that has no interest in putting things in order that they have done wrong..I dont know the average age of the employees but it seams to be irresponsible teenagers running it..THEY WILL NOT SAVE YOU MONEY BUT COST YOU IN TIME AND MONEY.

These guys are utterly useless. They have wasted countless hours of my time, do not come back ever - despite promising to do so - and have cost me a load of money. There are plenty of other companies who provide this kind of service and I suggest you try one of those.
The accuracy of the final e-mail was atrocious with the title of the business and address so badly mis-spelt as to be almost unintelligible. When asked for a corrected version it was not supplied for some time (in fact has still not been supplied). I would not use this service again.
Liam Wade got me a good deal - explained thing so one had full understanding - was honest and didn't divert conversation when asked a question - explained each stage of process ... so far so good
The advice given was balanced and the manner of the advisor Beth was non pressured and clear. I would recommend using them and will be coming back next time I need my energy sorting out. Thanks and well done.

Having contacted other utilities brokers i found Energy Advice Line to be a breath of fresh air.
