I used the online system which provided me with a quote for electricity. This was followed up by a phone call from Luke who explained that Advice Line was independent. Talked me through the quotation and explained that Advice Line would manage our energy costs ensuring that when it came to renewal they would provide us with the most competitive quotation in plenty of time to terminate the existing contract if necessary. This means that as a charity our energy costs will be kept at the lowest possible without any volunteer having to spend hours researching prices. Luke was very helpful, clear and concise

I was really pleased when I contacted Energy Advice Line, I have dealt with Luke Frohlich through the whole duration and can not recommend him enough. He hasn't hounded me like several companies do. He has provided email and documentation when required and I have a direct line number to speak to Luke so I don't have to go through lots of different departments. Very professional service!

i instantly warmed to guru Luke and felt confident I was getting the best possible advice on who is the cheapest business electricity supplier for me. Within a short time formalities of switching had been completed and now I look forward to making a significant saving. Good thing also is that I do not have to go back to my old supplier to tidy up details.
