Mar 20,2015We run a small business so keeping costs down is essential. We have used the services of Energy Advice regarding our electricity and gas contracts since 2010. They find the best deals for us and sort everything out regarding the changeover to a new supplier. We have encountered problems recently with a couple of suppliers and I contacted Energy Advice who immediately dealt with the problems on our behalf. They are definitely a company I would recommend.

Mar 19,2015Craig at Energy Advice Helpline went out of his way to find a supplier that was both competetive and flexible enough to meet our needs. He made the effort to contact me on numerous occasions until we got it right. The reading of the contract details over the phone is onerous but I'm sure neccessary

Energy Advise line gave various options ( 1-2-3 years ) with a saving of £410 over my best other quote ( high user ) Craig ( Shepherd )' ***** star ' was never 'hard sell' during our three telephone discussions & I look forward to a repeat in 15 months time.

EAL even assist with termination of the utilities with the current supplier and the elected supplier to make the transition run smoothly.
