He provided practical advice and information as we were moving into new premises and had not had a gas supply at our current premises. Energy Advice Line also introduced me to Opus Energy and I'm really looking forward to having an energy provider which also gets great customer feedback.

Usually I would consider this an annoyance but actually it was a lot easier to do over the phone and it made it so I had a point of contact to refer to and things were done at my own convenience as opposed to having to find a computer every time I could pick the issue back up. Feb 05,2015I was contacted very soon after having used the website by Craig Shepherd, who was very pleasant, explained everything fully and made renewing my contract a simple task. Although I stayed with the same supplier, I did so in full confidence that this was the best decision for me. He did offer an alternative, but did not try to persuade me either way -he just gave me the figures and that made my decision easy to make.

The transfer to a new contract has been very simple. I am about to see what Craig can do for us on the telephone front and am optimistic there are savings to be made here as well. Highly recommended and a refreshing change from pure online comparison sites which can be very confusing(well to me anyway!)

Due to the very positive reviews they receive online I decided to use them and so far I have been very pleased with the result. Jan 13,2015Found this company online and put in a few basic details, then shortly after received a call from one of the sales guys, Craig Shepherd, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took some more info and offered a couple of options best suited to us. It was then very easy to change our supplier. A+ Highly recommended.
