Amazed that the service continued on. Thought once I had fixed the deal last year it was up to me to chase the following year. Craig sent me an email to call him. Craig was very helpful, knowledgable and explained the terms that E-On had presented to get their customers to renew. Craig gave me time to think about what to do and called as promised the following day at the same time. Everything sorted, painless really couple of calls & my energy sorted for another year but happy to know I am getting the best deal. I would rather deal with Energy Advice Line as you know where you stand. Thanks EAL keep up the good work

Have used these guys for the past 5 or 6 years. I check I'm getting value for money every year and it always seems like I'm wasting my time checking. Excellent deals. Always helpful staff. Makes the annual rigmarole of sorting a new fixed price contract almost hassle free. Highly recommended.

Craig @ EAL was very helpful and providing various options for Camerons to consider. We had received a smooth transition via EAL to our current energy supplier, and have decided to take on board their advice and stay with the same energy supplier, and trust that the renewal process will be as smooth as last year.

I would recommend energy advice line to everyone wanting to save money and get the best deals on the market. It was an excellent, prompt and professional service from start to finish. I asked lots of questions and they were all answered brilliantly, I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble to deal with for Craig at the advice line. Great service all round.

This sums up my first experience of dealing with the staff at energy advice line. Luke was very informative and dealt with my questions with patience. Luke had a good knowledge base which gave me confidence to make the switch.He was also extremely pleasant. Everything was explained clearly and without rushing.Would certainly recommend to family and friends.
