Oct 02,2014Normally when you take a sales call you know you are going to get the pitter patter of what you think is a computer generated voice and you really dont want to listen to what the person is saying on the end of the phone. Not with Craig who contacted me, whole conversation was very clear, very informative. Wasn't pushy or made you feel you had to commit, he could sell ice cubes to eskimos without even knowing it!!!!

Sep 24,2014THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED PROMPTLY BY A NAMED INDIVIDUAL WHO DEALT WITH MY REQUEST IN AN EFFECIENT AND SPEEDY MANNER. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK A SHORTER TIME THAN IT TAKES FOR MANY OF THE SUPPLIERS TO ANSWER THE PHONE. HAVE USED ENERGY ADVICE LINE BEFORE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO OTHERS. WELL DONE
