I haven’t received my order since 18th of December, which is very disappointing, especially if it said that the delivery is maximum 5 days. I expected to have no issues paying such amount of money for my purchase.

Giesswein products are wonderful. Every winter I look forward to unpacking a coat that I bought in 1990! The vest that I ordered this time was unfortunately too large, but Giesswein made it so very simple to return without paying postage...I do so appreciate this!

this feedback is after not having received what I ordered, with my order being canceled twice by Giesswein. First time it was canceled shortly after an initial confirmation email, due to suspected credit card fraud. I wrote to Giesswein explaining that it was not a fraudulent transaction, and I was told to place the same order again. Well, I placed it, andreceived the order confirmation. Then, after about 10 days of no package coming in, I got curious and checked my order status at their website, to find out that they had canceled the second order as well, but this time after waiting 6 days from the day I had placed the order. and without any explanations or notification.. all in all it appeared like it would be in vain for me to keep trying to buy these items from them online

The products that should have arrived before Christmas, has never been delivered, we are still waiting, and considering that they were Christmas gifts we are very angry and displeased.

You should provide your customers also with a free brush or cloth to clean their Giesswein sneakers ?! I bought a second pair because I wear them every day 😃 I love them ! Quite expensive though ...

Great sleepers, feel as comfortable as being barefoot. Kept my feet from regular freezing due to poor circulation. Delivery was fast and efficient, the only downside was although I left my phone number, the delivery partner got an Austrian number so the delivery here did not have the right contact. But nonetheless great home sleepers, would definitely buy them again.

The shoes are just fantastic! You wear them as if you didn’t wear any! They are super soft and light. The transport was fast, although we ordered them in pre-Christmas-times and during lockdown. I can only recommend this company.

The purchase and delivery was straightforward, with no issues. The packaging is all cardboard, which is great, as I am trying to minimize plastic use. I bought a pair of slippers and I am very satisfied: they are warm, soft and flexible as I wanted. The size is also right, so the size guide was spot on.
