Hello, I made my purchase the 7th of April and I still not receive my slippers. I wrote you but you didn't answer me and you're not providing me any update on shipment. On website you indicate 5 days for delivery. very bad experience

I really believe you shouldn't sell online if you cannot deliver. Also not in these times. You should be honest about this. Now what should be a birthday present, isn't it. A pitty. And no information whatsoever from you about the delay directly to me. I am disappointed 2nd message. Best. You ask me to review, but still don't have the order in my possession. somewhere stucked in germany? as I can see on the track&trace.

Product seems to be good quality and are comfortable. Delivery took longer as expected, but this can happen with the current COVID-19 situation.

I bought the Merino wool shoes. And They are absolutely great. Good size, perfect fit. Delivery spot on. Thoroughly packed.

I recently broke my small toe and could not wear any of my leather shoes. Some of my soft trainers worked, but I was embarrassed to go out shopping in them. In searching for the perfect shoe to allow room for my broken toe, look stylish while I'm shopping in Zurich, and provide comfort, I stumbled upon the Giesswein and decided to give them a try. Shopping was easy, delivery was quick, the shoes feel wonderful (even without socks) and look great. Now my husband has a pair too! (These shoes really do run large, but the size guide was perfect.)
