Apr 29,2020De schoenen (rode sneakers) waren na 1 x dragen kapot, er zit een gat bovenop de teen. Ook zijn de schoen niet mooi, veel te breed waardoor ze er lomp uitzien. Ze zitten lekker dat wel. Na 3 x mijn klacht ingediend te hebben krijg ik steeds een mail adres waar ik met klacht met foto naar toe moet sturen. Dit heb ik 3 x gedaan, maar niets vernomen helaas. Ik heb het opgegeven maar ik zal nooit meer Giesswein bestellen. Dus een zeer slechte ervaring voor hele dure schoenen. De bovenlaag is zo kapot als je al tegen een stronkje of steen aankomt. Jammer.

Apr 22,2020I recently ordered and received my pair of Grey size 5 Wool X at a cost of £149.00. They have rubbed both my heels raw and bleeding on a 2 mile walk. I then purchased a pair of insoles, more cost! These still rub on my heels so they now lay in the box, with the insoles. They are proving a complete waste of money. I normally wear a 38 5 1/2. Your advice was order smaller. Now I have worn them for less than 2 hours at an extremely high cost I have no faith whatsoever in Giessewein as they only accept unworn goods returned. I have never before had to write such an awful review.
