Dec 28,2020Merinos wool knit shoes are the most confortable shoes I have ever bought. I wear them from early morning till evening and always have warm feet without sweating. Another good reason for buying these shoes is the correct posture you get: no back pain due to the all day long wearing of these shoes.

Dec 26,2020We ordered slippers on the 15 December to give as Christmas presents. On Christmas Eve they emailed to say the order would be refunded. No warning, no explanation, no apology and no time to get different presents. Appalling service Ok thanks for the reply. I’m editing the original review as it sounds like it was nothing to do with you. I was just so embarrassed to fail at getting Christmas presents! And I know the slippers are fabulous as I have a pair on my feet right now

Dec 28,2020Shipping delay that I had to find out after an email contact. It should have been the other way around! Also, shipping delay with your delivery partner. To sum, 4-5 days delivery is a very bad information to the client!
