Dec 07,2020I ordered a pair of house-socks, size 43. Practically ALL my shoes are size 43, some are 43.5. They arrived, but turned out to be way too small. I returned them, and wanted to order the same in size 44. The webshop (it was Black Friday time, in the meantime) offered a discount, but almost NO sizes were available. Nice to offer a discount, if you have nothing to sell. I searched elsewhere, found a webshop that sold them, and had them in all sizes, and commented "Attention! These are rather on the small side, order at least one size bigger than you're used to". I kept an eye on the Giessweinn webshop, and their "stock" of different sizes is bouncing up and down erratically. I find it hard to believe that a manufacturer cannot provide all sizes... how do they supply their many dealers?? Especially having little or no stock when you offer a discount makes me suspicious... but maybe there's a perfectly good explanation for it... The Kransach house-socks/slippers, by the way, are great!

Dec 04,2020I paid a first order with 10%discount .it wasn’t dispatched. I paid for a second order with no discount which was dispatched and very good quality of shoes. Unfortunately I was refunded the discounted value (116,11€) instead of the 139,00€ which was a second order !!! The first discount was associated with a first order in your site and they both were. Your reply to sort the problem was too complicated . Thanks
