Nov 29,2020Just been contacted by the great team at Giesswein's customer service department for a resolution. In my original review, I should have mentioned that Giesswein did dispatch my order promptly, however, it has been stuck in DHL's parcel centre for 12 days without any update, so I can't blame Giesswein for the delivery failure. Giesswein has immediately dispatched a replacement for the original package. Now that's great customer service... 4 stars for Geisswein. 0 stars for DHL. Original Review: Still haven’t received my parcel over two weeks later! Sitting in DHL export hub since the 18th of December!!!

Nov 25,2020The slippers are super cute, looks really good quality, and warm. The sole us flexible rubber so very confortable. I ordered my normal size and it was perfectly accurate. It took 5 days for delivery to Ireland in a middle of a pandemic so that is an excellent service.
