Sep 13,2019Very pleased with the vehicle and the service at the pick-up point, but the returning system needs to be addressed. No documentation was issued to prove the car was returned in perfect order - just a thank you. Also the car hire centre is poorly designed. The walk to the bus for the air terminal is considerable with no cover in bad weather - which is not uncommon for Denmark! Obviously this is not the fault of Enterprise but I think it is worth mentioning.
