Sep 12,2019I had a car for around 7 months from Enterprise Odense. Every month no invoice was sent prior to the payment being taken and every month there were errors and additional charges on the invoices. When you then attempt to query the invoice it was virtually impossible to get hold of anyone and when you did they would say they had been really busy for the last few weeks - not helpful. Lastly they haven't yet provided me with the loyalty points I should have gained over the 7 month period. Don't use.

Sep 12,2019I was not happy with the service I got from Sixt when I rent car last time. I book a 4 door car due to I needed the space but was given a 3 door car. When I asked for a bigger car I was told that did not have that and that the model they gave me was more expencive. To me the price was not the problem but I was supposed to drive 2 friends who all had luggage and in a 3 door car that was not possible so we had to rent a extra car. Very disappointing
