Apr 10,2019I always use Enterprise @ Billund Airport on my business visits because of their great service attitude. They've helped me when my plans changed and when my bookings had errors. They stand out against every car hire location I've used globally - including (sorry) other Enterprise ones. Recommended.

Apr 10,2019Love this place. We must have rented from them at least 10 times the last couple of years. The cars are always clean, and if there is issues they always let you know before hand. The staff is always super friendly and helpful

Apr 10,2019Deceiving charging practices. Avoid. First, I didn't travel to Sweden but to Billund, which tells me you haven't even looked at this. The cost of the two-way bridge crossing to Billund is LESS that what you charged me But the worst is the deceiving way in which the insurance was handled. I reserved for one price that included the obligatory responsibility insurance, like every car and rental ever. I have rented countless cars across Europe and that's not an extra Your rep never mentioned that I had to pay for that. What he asked for is if I wanted to pay insurance for car damage. And I declined because my credir card covers this. Since I said no, you charged a deposit, which I agreed to and was later cancelled. As a result of this, the price that I signed up for this rental was more than double the daily rate I reserved for. If the insurance charge was separate it should have been noted on the reservation price. This is deceiving your customer no matter how you look at it.

However (:-), finding the Car Rental Centre when arriving at CPH might be a challenge since no sings make it clear you'd better take the bus (or hire a taxi) to get to the Car Rental Centre. Digital information desks only show where it is. This is of course not Rent-a-car related but part of my customer experience.

Apr 10,2019Very friendly and helpful staff! But we had to wait a bit long. Car was clean, just had the info on the display that wheel pressure is not ok. Service had forgotten to delete this info, we had been told later.

Apr 10,2019Everything was fine. The only thing I would suggest is an english manual in a rental car, no matter where it is, so the majority of drivers can read it. There are always some technical questions when driving a car that is new to you.
