Apr 10,2019I booked my car with Enterprise via the KLM web site having previously used several car hire companies before, with mixed experience. On collecting the car, the formalities were dispensed with quickly and efficiently, and I was talked through the car and where to find it. The car itself was almost brand new, and in perfect condition, with Satnav fitted (even though I had declined it as an option) and all was well. On returning the car, the same agent booked it in, seemed genuinely interested in my stay in Denmark, and promised me an invoice by email (which duly arrived). All in all, I found Enterprise to offer a very friendly, efficient and cost effective means of car hire, and I will use them again.

Apr 10,2019Very helpful at Aalborg airport counter. Suggest taking up the offer of refueling as part of hire because the petrol station at the airport wasn't functioning for credit cards.

Apr 10,2019I used the cheapest car rental companies (like Goldcar) but I didn't think that the worst rental experience I have will be with well known Enterprise. Recently I booked a car (Audi Q2 or similar - small SUV) for 3 days in Aalborg Airport (Denmark). I had confirm with local agent that it will be Q2 with additional winter tires. Two days before pickup I asked for confirmation again and got replayed that Q2 is unavailable and information about car model is not available but it will be similar. That's ok - i know how it works. To make things easier i resigned from winter tires as the car was still not prepared and the forecast was good for next week. At the place I was informed that it will be Mercedes (without mentioning the model) witch was OK for my as long as it will be similar to Audi Q2. After paper work we reached the parking place and i saw Mercedes B class (Compact Minivan) I didn't want to argue and ask for SUV (as I ordered) as we were late for planned event. Next thing I discovered in Mercedes was automatic transmission. I ordered manual because I'm not used to automatic. I got back to office and asked for manual. I was told that there are only automatic cars. No choice given we start our trip. After drop off I got invoice 151.58 DKK for winter tires. Mercedes was equipped with summer tires. I immediately call the local office in Aalborg and I was told "I will leave note to my boss". I also wrote on Messenger to official Enterprise support for help. Unsuccessfully! My credit card was charged so I wrote again to local office and on Messenger. Few days later I was refunded but only 150 DKK. 1,58 DKK tip ? For what? I was informed on messenger that the case was handled to regional managers and they contact me as soon as the can. It's been a week and nobody contacted me. I got only "I can se that… I will return the money right now… Sorry" ... as reply to my e-mail (27.03) about the invoice after charging my credit card.
