Apr 10,2019way to expensive. and got a gps, that was in the wrong language. i had to drive all the way back to the office of rent a car, to get it changed. and again. wayyyyyyy to expensive.

Apr 10,2019The experience went smoothly. Our flight arrived early, to CPH, and we were able to pick up our car a bit earlier than we’d anticipated. There was a bit of a mix up, upon return. They had given us a “sensor” to allow us to go to Sweden via the tunnel, which included a charge for the device. They advised us to let them know, upon rental return, if we didn’t end up going to Sweden, and the charge would be refunded. I did let the staff person know that we hadn’t taken the car to Sweden, and handed the sensor and key to him, when returning the car. However, the charge wasn’t refunded per the invoice I received. I called when I returned home, and they then refunded the charge. So, the issue was resolved pretty easily.

Apr 10,2019Excellent customer service and fluent English speakers, the vehicle provided was first class in every way and immaculately presented. The parking area could do with better lines because random parking by returning customers reduced available spaces by a noticeable amount.
