Once I received my order, it was easy to use and dried without any bubbles, just as claimed. I was using it in temperatures that were slightly below 60 degrees, but it still performed well with no problems.

Dec 16,2024I didn't receive the order that I chose on their website, then the product spilled and had to be repackaged by FedEx. I contacted epodex and asked them for the product that I had chosen on their site as well as a replacement for the product that had spilled and then a replacement instructions sheet and all I got was the replacement for what had spilled. No instructions, no guidelines nothing. I was told just to use their website but my art studio doesn't always have reliable internet connection. So I paid $225.00 for a product that's just sitting there unused.

The company is extremely helpful and thorough. If I have questions they are knowledgeable and the customer service is above and beyond what one would expect.

Nov 30,2024This is a really quality product. It is very easy to use and goes on smooth. There is no smell and dries pretty quickly. I would definitely purchase for other projects. I used this product to paint my bathroom tub surround. I did 3 coats. Instead of having the existing tile removed, I painted over them...glad I did and saved some $$s in hiring a general contractor to remove them. It looks nice and neat.

Nov 27,2024The glitter in the product takes away from any natural look the countertop could have had. Take away the glitter and the product is good. I bought two different products from your company and it all has glitter. Never again.

Nov 14,2024They send you the buckets with no instructions...product did not set up and all they offered was that the issue was me. I mixed to the exact quantities they sent. Floor looks great but worth ZERO...STAY FAR AWAY AS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SUPPORT, MIGHT AS WELL TALK TO A WALL. Also ordered the application kit, didn't send credit until I called them...they were OOS on tools necessary to apply so made special trip to store to buy myself.

Nov 09,2024As for the reply…my order was supposed to arrive today, November 11. It did not. Same day shipping is false, don’t pay for it. This is the same amount of time as I waited for the other two times. Same day shipping is a $2 waste of money! This is my 3rd time ordering this paint. I paid $2 more for the same day shipping. The arrival time is the same as if I had just stuck with regular shipping. There was absolutely zero point to paying more for the exact same shipping time!

Jan 09,2025My bathtub and wall look beautiful! The paint was thin.. and I had to catch the runs at times. But you have to be vigilant! 3 coats on tub itself( went from pink to white) and 2 on walls( teal to gray). Take your time. Looks great!
