Dec 13,2023The epoxy is high quality and it arrived very quickly for my second and third shipments. I don't like the website especially the checkout process. The enforcement mechanisms delete out your information when you put in a coupon code or such. Every time I use the website to checkout I've had to reenter information.

Nov 28,2023The customer support via telephone is non existant. Calling 727-870-6311 results in a non stop message on a continuous loop without any pause in between about customer reps helping other customers which is obviously designed to be as annoying as possible to get the caller to hangup. The 727-202-0240 number simply keeps ringing for about 2-3 minutes and then disconnects. After receiving my kit I emailed with some questions and was surprised to receive a reply from Magli Ortiz over the holiday weekend and after hours. He was unable to clarify my last couple of questions and said he would run my questions by the support team to better assist me. This morning I received an email from Nicole which was a verbatim cut and paste email of the original email that Magli sent me a few days prior and did not address any of the questions I had.

Nov 22,2023I ordered 5.75 Gallons of resin and a mixing kit for my river table, product arrived in terrible condition and half full , still have not had my issue resolved after a week , customer support responds once every 3 days and forced me to buy a scale to weigh the product for a refund , do not recommend this company to anyone. Update: After large amounts of pictures and emails my order was corrected.

Nov 21,2023My order was delayed. When I called to cancel because it wouldn’t arrive on time- there was zero apology. Since then- I tried to call customer service to get an estimate for delivery dates- but no one answers or responds online. Bad customer service- and not answering phones combined with ship delays- makes it look like you’re struggling as a business. Maybe you are!?

Nov 20,2023I've ordered at least 4 to 5 times this year from this company and everytime I have received my resin it was yellow. 😓 and everytime I order I keep thinking this time will be better but I end up disappointed. I have promoted this stuff so much on the Facebook resin groups too, but I don't know what's going on lately with them. I don't know if I will order anymore from this company.
