The shipment arrived in good time and proved to be easy to work with. The epoxy is almost odorless and produced a crystal clear, bubble free finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Nov 18,2023I ordered $2000 worth of epoxy from Epodex for a very large, very important project. I was sent epoxy resin resin that was cloudy and discolored. When I explained to Epodex representatives via phone and email, the only thing they would tell me is that "they stand behind their products". The epoxy was unusable and epodex refused to pay to have it shipped back. They asked me to prove to them that their resin was faulty. So I sent them multiple pictures of the resin, the hardener, and the cured epoxy. The base resin was cloudy. The hardener was discolored. The resin was mixed ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIONS AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURE and cast it 1/16" thick onto a clean sheet of glass. The cured resin was still cloudy and discolored, even after being prepared according to directions. I sent them pictures of this to prove it, yet they still refused to believe me. We went round and round for 3 weeks and the only thing they would tell me is that they "stand behind their product." Same old line, over and over. Finally, they agreed to take their resin back but insisted that I pay a 15% restocking fee. I decided to cut my losses and sent it back. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. Their arrogance is astounding, frankly. They absolutely refused to believe the possibility that there could be anything wrong with their resin!

Nov 18,2023Hands down amazing company and product. They worked with me every step of the way. Even when there was a shipping leak (not their fault). They helped out. Then after pouring the floor epoxy I had a soft spot. This happens from a glob of hardener not being properly mixed. Not their fault again this was on me. They went above and beyond sending me a small amount of epoxy to fix the spot. They sent it right away and didn't even charge me for my mistake. I'm really impressed and can't recommend them enough. The pour went on bubble free for the most part. Everyone whose seen the floor can't help but be impressed by it. I'm not a professional by any stretch and this was done by my own research and help from the company.

Nov 17,2023I have found Epodex products to be a good value. I have compared their prices to other companies offering similar products and find Epodex usually has the best prices. Their products always work well for my projects. Customer service is good as well. I was having a problem With one of the colors that I was using from them. I called customer service and explained the problem I was having, and they instructed me on what to try to remedy the issue. I would recommend their products.

Nov 17,2023Customer service is terrible. No communication skills. Additionally, the table top clear is CLOUDY! If you pour over deep pour epoxy it will appear cloudy. It is clear over wood but over deep pour areas it will ruin the clarity of your work.
