May 11,2023I have been trying to get an exchange for my Equidry bought at the beginning of Winter for months now and have had a single response from the company. Having asked around I realise I am not alone in getting really bad customer service and when I asked a major saddlery store they said ‘yes, they can’t even keep up with demand’ . While this says good things about the product what about existing customers? I am really upset and annoyed as I’d like to be positive, but this isn’t a cheap item and ai feel utterly ignored and as ai can’t contact a person, plainly my negative experience is of no concern to the company.
