Totally ignore all messages this company is a joke quick enough to take nearly £400 can even be bothered to reply to email ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING will be spending the rest of my day leaving reviews on every website I can. YOU ARE WORTHLESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT. How about replying to my original email I sent you 3 weeks ago and you have stopped replying on face book aswel….contact your customer service team 😂😂😂 that’s why you got this review in the first place. THAY DONT REPLY

The product is great and perfect for yard work and riding. Initially I was skeptical about spending so much on a coat but it's been worth it's weight in gold since the wet weather arrived. I've been dry and warm. Being 'of a certain age' I opted for the Equidry Lite and it's still lovely and warm without getting you too hot and bothered when mucking out, etc.

Non existent customer service, made a mistake on the order, despite several emails no response at all, had to return coat at my own time & expense..still awaiting a postage refund

I had doubts... saw it at YHL and thought it would be too warm and bulky. Two days of torrential rain and I bought one anyway. I was wrong. It's just fabulous. I can muck out and not get too hot, windproof, waterproof and loads of room for chunky sweaters when it gets really cold. Can't imagine how I managed without it

Great coat, has been thoroughly tested in the heavy autumn rains and kept me warm and dry. My only criticism is the oversized hood - probably great for the purpose of putting over the top of a riding helmet (though I was always taught not to do this as it limits peripheral vision), but not so great to wear without a helmet underneath, which is the majority of the time I want to have the hood up, as it is so large that comes down over my eyes so I cannot see where I am going. Would be ideal if it had an adjustable toggle on the back, like hiking waterproof coats have, to allow me to 'shorten' the depth of the hood

Best purchase ever!! I’ve never seen a coat like it, oversized makes it really comfortable and I’ll never be cold again 🤣🤣 been out in the wildest Scottish weather and not a single drop of water got through the coat. Really easy to wipe clean. Saving up for the lite version so I can still stay clean and dry in warmer weather. Another bonus is the pockets. Safe pocket inside for keys etc. waterproof zip pockets which are a great size for bits n bobs then separate fleece lined hand warmer pockets with no zip to dig into your wrists. Everything has been thought of by Equidry
