Feb 18,2023I expected to be waiting a couple of weeks for delivery but it came within a few days. Having had the composter for a couple of weeks now i am surprised how quickly it's filling up. I wish that i'd bought two now as I could do with another one on my allotment.

Feb 03,2023Ordered a water butt stand and anfter three days without anny update I asked how it was going for delivery. The reply was not inspiring and pointed to it being in around 7 - 10 days! Given that it’s sent via DPD I would have expected it a lot sooner as I have had numerous deliveries via DPD which never take very long. The website suggests they are fast at delivering but after looking through comments on Trustpilot it appears most issues are concerned with missing or late arrivals and I saw the writing on the wall! I should have looked here first. I’ve cancelled my order as I can’t wait another 7-10 days as I already have waited 4 days. If the item is in stock it should be on its way the next day after purchase IMHO For some this might not be a problem and maybe I’m picky but I’ve ordered the same item from Amazon and it’s arriving tomorrow! Granted it’s a tad dearer but I don’t think deliveries should take that long. I won’t be using evengreener again sadly.

Dec 12,2022Delivered the wrong Water Butt which was very disappointing, but rectified the problem promptly by picking up the wrong order and delivered the correct order a few days later. Very pleasant and helpful which makes a nice change. The Water Butt is very robust and well made and I am very pleased with it.

Dec 12,2022Unfortunately my goods were not delivered but you have to be realistic in the current climate, not only are the strikes increasing demand on couriers but they are always overwhelmed at Christmas and EvenGreener didn’t hesitate to help resolve the situation, you can’t ask for more. Sometimes it’s beyond the control of of the supplier but they still get unjustified negative feedback.

Dec 09,2022I bought my hot bin having been on a 6 week gardening, propagation and horticulture course. I have a newbuild with a decent garden for a house of its size but once the greenhouse was installed there was very little space left for traditional compost bays. I'd heard great things about how quickly the Hotbin could create compost and i thought this would also be a great thing for me to save on buying compost and also know it was truely organic and good quality. I cannot fault the staff at Even Greener, so helpful and knowledgeable. I love my Hot bin and have convinced 2 more friends to buy one too.

Nov 18,2022I ordered a compost bin from EvenGreener. The product page said that it might take up to 14 days to deliver. However, it has now been 28 days and I have just been told that it will be with me a week from now so 35 days to deliver. Not impressed. Update two weeks later: It didn't arrive a week from then. Instead they said it would arrive yesterday. It didn't. Instead they said it would arrive tomorrow. I very much doubt that it would so I have now cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. I ordered and paid for the compost bin in October and it is now December with no compost bin in sight. An absolute joke, steer clear of this company!

Nov 17,2022Had to wait a long time for the order to arrive and part of it was missing when it did finally get here so had to wait even longer for the second bit! Goods are fine, but disappointing customer service. I was unable to speak to anyone about the missing part of the order and only knew my message had been received when an email arrived notifying of despatch.

Nov 17,2022The items were great, when they arrived! I had to chase the order, which wasn’t easy due to getting through on the phone. When I did get through the problem was sorted and I actually received a larger water butt than the one I’d ordered. The water butt refresher liquid was on the original order but that was out of stock so I was told it would be sent separately. I had to chase that as well, it was obviously in stock by then as it arrived within days. I understand that the items were out of stock, due to the heatwave, my issue was no one let me know what was happening until I rang. I’m sure the service is fine without the heatwave etc, it’s lack of communication which is my issue.

Nov 17,2022Water conservation is becoming all the more important and after last summer's drought, we decided to fit double water butts to all main downpipes. In just a week they are all full so we think the system is going to work. British firm and water butts made in britain.

Feb 22,2023The service here is appalling. I ordered 2 water butts in early January. I didn't even get an email to say what I had ordered, in fact no communication at all. I had to call up repeatedly even to get them to acknowledge I had a pending order, then after a month or so of chasing, 1 water butt turned up. I was told it was a split order by the delivery company. A week later i rang again and they said they would dispatch another. That arrived days later, no urgency at all. I was clearly fobbed off on the calls. I think the people just say anything to get you off the phone and there are really poor processes this company has in place . I still have not had an order number or any receipt. If I was a company needing to account for this I would have no receipt. 6 weeks and constant chasing to deliver an order is unacceptable.
