Oct 05,2022Delivered reasonably quickly and does the job. Original water butt developed a small leak around the taps seal with the butt however company have agreed to replace this with no hassle. Good service

Oct 05,2022Very pleased with the single and one double water butts. Relatively easy to connect up but an online video would make things easier for those less confident about attacking their downpipes with a saw!

Oct 05,2022Delivery took a little while, but I'd been warned this would be the case, so was prepared. When my water butt did arrive, it was sturdily packed, undamaged, and all the parts needed were present and correct. I must say I'm very pleased with the water butt. It's a nice compact size for my small garden and looks really smart. After I'd connected it, within a couple of days it was full to the brim with rainwater from my downpipe. Briilliant!

Oct 05,2022I ordered a water Butt (168 litre) and stand. It took around 10 days as the order was placed just as hose pipe bans were introduced so they were very busy. Arrived with full instructions on how to connect to downpipe from the back of garage. All set up and working within half an hour. Went away for the weekend it rained one day when we were away and we came back to a full water butt. Great product

Oct 05,2022I ordered two 227l water butts. They arrived in good time and the price was reasonable. However, during filling the non-used tap connector in each tank leaked. I tightened both connectors and although one worked the second did not. After emptying the tankI had to use two washers, which fortunately worked. No major problem, but somewhat time consuming! Otherwise, a reasonable service and I will use them again.

Oct 05,2022Water butts seem to be OK. Burrs could have been trimmed off better. Goods just delivered and left outside front door without any attempt to contact us (we were in). Took a few days from order to delivery.

Oct 05,2022Good service and delivery. Only quibble are the holes for the inlet and link connection pipewrk to the next water butt. They are very rough and do not seal 100% when the connectors are fitted. Consequently they dribble small amounts of water out of them even though they are as tight as they will go on the screw threads. I will have to take them of and put better sealing washers on them.

Oct 05,2022Ordered a pair of water butts during the hot dry summer; took a little longer than expected to arrive- maybe three weeks delivery rather than two - because everyone in the UK seemed to have the same idea at the same time. Not an issue for me because I would rather have a greener delivery method and wait a a little longer. Now all set up in the back garden and working perfectly. Super easy set up, great results.

Oct 05,2022The water butt is perfect, took a while to arrive but considering it was a hosepipe ban at the time in the south, and a high demand period, this was acceptable. Communications could improve as the delivery protocol was not updated as from placing the order, and the package arrived out of the blue.

Oct 05,2022The water but was fine, pleased with it but trying to communicate with Evengreen was impossible by phone or email. Never answered my emails or their phones to find out what's happened to my order - took weeks to deliver. Eventually used their Facebook page to get a response!
