Oct 05,2022I had ordered some small items a while ago and never opened the package for about 3 weeks after it arrived. When I did open it, there were two items short. I contacted Evergreener about the missing items, expecting them not to respond favourably because of my delay in opening the mailed package. However they responded immediately and are posting the missing items. Impressed.

Oct 05,2022Just what I wanted. Had to get someone to fit it to down pipe but didn’t take long when you know how to cut the pipe. I purchased the faster tap and glad I did. However I can’t find a watering can that fits under the tap so use a bucket. No problem otherwise. Happy

Oct 05,2022Have been using Evengreener for years. Prices always good, and good range of stock. Only issue is you never know when they have sent the item, whether that be a connecting hose or 2 waterbutts. No comms from the courier no matter the size of the delivery. Maybe that's why their prices are good

Oct 05,2022Saw this really good setup whilst working in Weymouth, liked it so I took the details. Might be worth making it clearer to featherbrains like me that it doesn’t come with a tap (I know, you can use a hose) but I’m a water butt-virgin 🫣

Oct 05,2022Great prices, terrible communication. Ordered two Waterbutts and some connectors. Several weeks later one large Waterbutt appeared out of the blue - no dispatch email or courier contact. I emailed to inquire about the rest of my order - it was eventually answered and I was told a dispatch email and the rest of the order would be sent the next week. It arrived again out of the blue the next day. Waterbutts are fine - the larger one has a slightly warped lid though, but it is a huge item to arrive on the doorstep without any notice

Oct 05,2022Delivery took a few days but I was told about this. The 2 Cloudburst 200L water butts were delivered safely and came at a bargain price. Have bought from Evengreener before and always been very pleased with the service and goods.
