Oct 05,2022I ordered a water butt 7th August 2022 and still haven’t received it, although the website says our order was fulfilled on 26th August 2022! When I called last week they told me this was a mistake but today I’ve received an email asking how we like the product! Awful service all round.

Oct 05,2022It would be zero stars if that was an option. We ordered an item back in August this year and still haven’t received it . We have been told it was delivered, when we asked for proof they admitted it hadn’t been sent to us and they would send it . We still haven’t received anything. I have emailed asking for a refund, but had no response. 100% would not recommend this company

Oct 05,2022Really happy with my purchase of my water butt. Reasonable price for the item. As per other reviews there was a delay in delivery but I was patient. I contacted customer services to query my delivery and they responded within 12 hours and my delivery was honoured the following week. I think a lot of the other reviews are unfair. The company is clearly struggling with demand but I would suggest clearer communication with the customer regarding waiting times and delays would be better.

Oct 05,2022Brought several times with family and friends recommend. Good value from a great range of butts complete with accessories. Why go anywhere else. The service is good, but delivery communication could do with improving, but doesn't spoil the quality or price. Wouldn't recommend otherwise.
