It wasn’t easy to contact customer services but eventually we received our order and were happy with the quality. We were also contacted afterwards to make sure we received our order and that we were happy. So after a bumpy start it all turned out fine.

But the only spoiler was that the delivery person just put the Water Butt down the drive and pushed a note through the letterbox, rather than ringing the bell or knocking on the door to alert us about the delivery. Apology received as the promised email on dispatch never happened. All turned out well, Good product.

Oct 05,2022Ordered 2x100ltr water butts. They arrived with all the fittings and stands, were very easy to assemble and work perfectly. They look smart and mean the hosepipe is not required. Very good value for money. They can also be separated so that the water can be taken from different locations around the garden.
