Oct 03,2022I bought more bran for our bokashi system sooner than I needed to, as it was offered at a good price. It arrived quite promptly, no problems. I like the fact that it comes in a sturdy brown paper sack, not plastic.

Oct 02,2022Disappointed that I ordered from evengreener. Evengreener did say that their delivery took weeks - but after two/three weeks, ordered from another supplier - the other supplier delivered before evengreener and was cheaper.

Sep 27,2022Avoid this company. It’s been 6 weeks and no delivery. Slow to respond to email but just give further false delivery dates. Have now asked for a refund. Not holding out much hope. Terrible customer service.

Sep 26,2022I Ordered a water butt 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. I have phoned a few times and left messages to try and find out what's going on with my delivery and never been called back. I have sent a few emails and only ever been responded to one time when I say im contacting my credit card company and was fobbed off with a we will raise the issue with the manufacturer and then nothing. I have now asked for a refunded am still waiting for a reply I will wait until the end of this week and then raise the issue with my credit card company as I am fed up of no information and limited contact from a company who has taken my money and given me no product. 9/10/22 I would say this is still the worst company have nothing to do with them all I want now is a refund for the item I haven't got if I haven't had a refund by 12/10/22 im going to refer this company to my credit card company as they just keep giving me the run around and iv had enough of chasing my tail.

Sep 25,2022Evengreener really exceeded my expectations. At the ordering process I was informed that, due to 'stock' issues, delivery could be between 14 to 28 days. Imagine my delight when all of the items I ordered were delivered within a week. The water butts look to be of good quality as well.

Sep 15,2022Shambolic service. Places an order 8th of August, waited a 21 days. Nothing arrive, no communication from company. Called and emailed but no answer. Got an email after 5 weeks to says it will take another two weeks to deliver. Ended up buying it from somewhere else.

Sep 13,2022As others are also saying at the moment, goods ordered aren't being delivered. I ordered and paid for two water butts. I then received the confirmation email with a delivery date. That date came and went. Since then, I've emailed several times over the last few weeks. So far, I haven't had a single reply! (And I did check the spam bin). Nobody ever answers the phone. I've left telephone messages which don't get returned. Today at 4:20pm, despite all their previous recorded messages saying that their office closes at 5pm, the call went straight to answer phone as it stated that their office was closed. EG7478. I'm sick of being ignored. Give me back my money!

Sep 13,2022I have had enough. I have today cancelled the outstanding items from my order and requested a refund. I had sent them 3 emails and only got a response to one of them, which informed me that the delivery would take another 7-21 days. I have waited 8 days from the email and do not believe I will ever see the waterbutts which were ordered on 25thJuly 2022.

Sep 13,2022Order placed on 7th August. Website stated up to 5-7 days. Happy days. No update re: dispatch so chased 3 weeks later via email on 21st August (Tried to be understanding/ patient due to the belief demand would be high). Received a response to my email over 2 weeks later on 6th September - they gave apologies but there is no stock and no date for delivery. They asked if I wanted a refund. I replied 40 minutes later to confirm I absolutely want my money back and I'm deeply disappointed that they didn't just contact and refund me immediately when they knew that they could not fulfil the order so I could have purchased at a local store. I still have received NO confirmation that a refund is being issued, and no money returned to my account. I completely understand that there has been a drought and demand for their products have been high - but as a company, it is ridiculous to firstly sell products you do not have, and secondly, to not communicate with your customers and thirdly to keep money when they cannot fulfil the order and a refund has been explicitly requested upon being offered. Unbelievably poor practice by a business. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I'm still awaiting my money back.

Ordered the cloud buster water butt after 2 weeks it still hadn’t arrived so I emailed them and they replied it will be delivered early next week, the following week still no delivery so emailed again no response so after the 4 th week I emailed several times rang several times and left messages no response whatsoever but when I emailed and said I wanted to cancel and get a refund they replied immediately. I have had a refund but they should not be taking our money on goods they can not deliver .

Sep 06,2022Placed an order with this company on 8th August. They charged my credit card on 9th August with an expected delivery time of 14 days which I checked before placing the order. After 14 days and no delivery I called them and was told my delivery would be within the week. Another week later, no delivery so I called again to be told my delivery would be that week. I've just called again, 6th September, to be told that my delivery should be within the next 2 weeks and that there are issues with supplies. Not good enough when they have had my money for the last month. Also, no feedback to customers who are waiting. Prices are great but if that means no goods, no information and they have my money, not good for the customer. I will wait to see how long my item takes but they should at least put something on their website to say they are having difficulties with supply of specific items so customers can make a choice about ordering. Not impressed.

Sep 05,2022I placed an order on 29th July and added to it on 1st August, I received an ammended invoice on 4th August and paid immediately. On 19th August Patrick told me by phone that they were delivering in my area that day and I would receive my order, it didn't arrive. On 23rd August, Patrick apologised and said he would look into it and email me to tell me the position with my order, these conversations were all by telephone calls made by me. On 26th, a standard pre written email said 'one item in your order is on its way'. Bear in mind I had ordered 2 items. Its now 5th September and still nothing has arrived. I understand that businesses can be stretched by numerous conditions, you can't always plan for that. However, what you can do is tell the truth to your customers. Trying to fob us off with lies does nothing but put your company in a bad light and score you lots of 1 stars on here. We would understand and accept the situation if you were truthful with us when we make enquiries, but lies we can't accept. I am going to wait till the end of this week and no longer before I demand a refund, and under the circumstances I think I have been more than tollerant. It goes without saying that I will not use this company again or recommend them.

Sep 01,2022I felt it only fair to write a positive review for Even Greener. My order was placed on August 10th and actually delivered on August 31st which was entirely due to very high demand. My two Cloudburst water butts plus accessories are very good quality and proved very straight forward to install. I would recommend Even Greener without hesitation.

Aug 31,2022This is my third review of Even Greener - and you should read my other reviews to understand the context of this latest one. The experience with them after placing my order was of the highest order of frustration. But they have redeemed themselves - again, through the actions of the amazing Kyle - by refunding me half the cost of my order and promising me a replacement lid for the one that was broken in transit. That has yet to arrive, but I feel confident it will. The company have clearly found it a struggle to cope with the unexpected increase in orders caused by the exceptional drought this year. I'm sure they'll have learnt from this. All companies are stressed at the moment, for different reasons. My message to other customers who may be experiencing problem with EvenGreener at the moment is to 'keep the faith'. They will deliver. Raise issues with them. They will (eventually) respond. And remember to thank them when they deal with issues - Which is what I'm doing now. UPDATE: The replacement lid arrived safe and well. Thank you, Kyle, who followed up to check it was intact.

Aug 27,2022I did say that I would let you all know if my delivery from EvenGreener arrived. Well it has!! Finally...it was ordered on the 4th Aug and arrived on Saturday 27th. I had been told to expect it on the previous 2 Fridays but been let down. Finally it came today... The two waterbutts look amazing and are just what we wanted. So no problem with the goods supplied just delivery that proved a problem. I may well order more goods from them in the future but just not rely on delivery to be qny quicker.EG5175

Aug 26,2022A dreadful experience. Like others, I ordered 2 water butts on 30 July. No communication from Even Greener other than original order confirmation. After two weeks I chased for delivery and was told by email it would be the following week……nothing. A week later I phoned again only to be told the order was waiting in despatch for the courier to collect and it would be delivered within 48 hours……5 days later nothing. So after 4 weeks of waiting and being lied to on two occasions I’ve now cancelled my order and await a refund. I’ll buy from Amazon. I strongly suggest you ignore the “green”marketing hype on their website and avoid this company if you ever want to receive your goods!
