Very efficient service and friendly helpful staff .

Jun 24,2021Delivery was super quick, arrived well packaged and left securely. The two water butts are well constructed, and solid. The perk is all the fixings you could possibly need come with it as an all-in kit. The set up was easy, the water butt stands literally hook together! They look good and can be added to as you need, handy when you’re on a water meter like me, you can store as much water as you have room for. All reasonably priced too. Great company to deal with, I’m very happy and would definitely recommend. Five stars from me!

Jun 23,2021Delivery time was "14-28 days" which seemed to be quite a huge window. Finally arrived after 30 days. No explanation as to why it took so long. I tried calling, repeatedly, but nobody answers the phone; ever! I then emailed and received an automated reply stating they would respond within 48 hours. They never did. The item I ordered was fine but I'd never use this company again, they're a shambles.

I ordered a compost in early April, it hasn't arrived by May so I tried to get in touch with CS.thry never answer the ohone, I called 3 times a day for a week or more! Left messages etc. Finally called back to tell me there was no record of my order! I agreed to order again. Fastforward several weeks later, I get an email to say my payment has failed and I need to call them to place to order again. Forget it, spend your money elsewhere and not on this sham of a company.
