Sep 02,2021A well made water butt and stand that “fits.” It was easier to cut into the lid for the down spout, than use the rain trap to divert the rain.

Sep 02,2021We are thrilled with our new rainwater butt. It is our 8th butt, and we like the Evengreener ones best. They are of great quality and sturdiness and have a good tap (not all do!). We are pleased that they are made of recycled plastic.

Sep 02,2021Hotbin mini ordered, arrived very quickly. Used their website for advice regarding set-up and got started easily. A general query emailed to evengreener was fully answered (by a human) within 24 hours. Now a month later and the bin is functioning well, with no odour, as promised. Reduction in waste to be collected is phenomenal and, very soon, should have some top grade compost ready for use. Very happy customer.

Sep 02,2021Bought one of these years ago when I lived in the peak district, and some of the lessons from then have been learned. All pre drilled and bunged holes so you don't have to cut your own. Whilst the connected hose is better quality than the previous one it's still a bit short (in my humble opinion), wish I could have specified a longer length for delivery with the waterbutt kit. A there is only one connection to the water butt now from the drain pipe which is used to fill and for overflow - MAKE SURE before you cut the drain pipe that you are cutting at the right point - measure at least twice. I think I preferred the old connection with a higher trap to fill and a lower one to overflow especially where multiple butts are connected. Lid now much better, very pleased with this improved design.

Sep 01,2021Despatch slow,waited five days,I got a delivery date and no item product. All ok except PRE Drilled holes for inlet and outlet not good enough and let the product down,needs reinforced plastic in these areas.Good quality silicone like EB25 needed to ensure no leakage. Also one tip before fitting,is clean up plastic seams,pare off any raised area of plastic for a better hose fit.
