May 13,2015ExaVault offers a user-friendly FTP service that makes it easy for both our staff and our clients to exchange files at crucial times to meet deadlines. Their customer service is top-notch; the one time we had any problem with functionality, our support ticket was answered within half an hour and the issue was fully resolved BEFORE the response was issued. That's a better track record than many tech giants, who generally couldn't care less when their product doesn't work properly. My only complaint with the actual product: it would be nice to see what user is associated with a root file when I attempt to delete old data instead of just being told that it can't be done. We have a lot of user accounts due to the nature of our business, and this can be a slight pain to backtrack at times. Nonetheless, this really is the only negative thing I can say about ExaVault. By and large, it is a stellar product made by a stellar company. I recommend it without hesitation.

May 12,2015As an IT professional, I was seeking an FTP server hosting service where I could keep logs, binaries and patches handy. My company has an FTP site for uploading logs and such but there are limitations and I don't have admin access to the site in order to give temp access to clients and colleagues in order to fetch or upload something. I did some research and found Exavault to be the best due to various capacity plans, support for sftp and browser access and an excellent reputation. I've been with Exavault for several years now. I can honestly say that I have been very satisfied with the service, support, pricing, interface design, and flexibility. I have no plans to move my business to any other company. I did want to also mention I appreciate the good communication Exavault has with its customers. Lastly, I would highly recommend Exavault to anyone seeking this type of customized, professional, service.

May 12,2015We've been using ExaVault services for nearly 6 years. We started out using just plain FTP service, and over the years they've added a very highly-polished and super-functional web front end, including permissions, custom branding, notifications, and multiple sharing options including expiring anonymous links, which is very useful for one-off projects, and, from an IT standpoint, much preferred to dropbox, etc. Service has always been very responsive, and they have added at least one feature that I inquiried about.

May 11,2015I was using a different vendors a few years ago, until they increased the price of their service. As you know, data-storage is becoming more affordable. Therefore, it didn’t make sense why they were increasing their price. That’s when I decided it was time for me to find another FTP provider. I have been using ExaVault for many years and I will continue to use their services. Since I moved to ExaVault I haven’t had any issues. Their service is very reliable and the price is very affordable.

Apr 27,2015I have been using Exavault for more than 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences. There is no limit to the size of files which is a real obstacle with some providers. There have been a small number of times over the years that service was temporarily unavailable but these have been brief and very infrequent. I maintain over 100 subfolders all with individual log ins and Exavault has never been an issue.

Mobile being a key requirement, we believed their responsive website to be the ideal solution. This meant we didn't have to force one more step onto our clients by requiring them to install an app. Their associates were very responsive throughout the review and prototyping process. We never had any problems speaking directly to the person with the ability and authority to address our questions and make any system changes we needed as our requirements shifted.

Jan 13,2015We have been using ExaVault since 2008 and have zero problems with setup and use. Now that ExaVault is using HTML5 for file upload/download as opposed to the older JavaScript applet things are much simpler for our clients. File size up to 4TB, logging of upload/download activity by user login and IP address, easily shared files via a direct link, share links with time limits all make my life easier. Only minor complaint would be that the ability to bulk-create users is missing, but that need doesn't come up for us very often. Overall a very good product at an exceptional price.

Nov 21,2014We've used a bunch of different sharing tools and Exavault is the one we've stuck with - the whole (very critical) team here can't be wrong! They would drop it like a stone if it held up workflow. Good, varied functionality - great that the old applet uploader thing was dropped in favour of the current setup - glitch free and in the one instance we've had a glitch, it's been handled really well. Some who have company security policy that won't allow js or poor browser setup struggle accessing but.

We have had a lot of experiences with other services like wetransfer or yousendit periodically becoming very very slow. Exavault is consistently fast. As a plus, the web interface has improved a great deal over the past couple years so this service is appropriate for sharing with users who are not technical enough to use an FTP client.

ExaVault has worked great for sending links to our customers/vendors for downloading large files. We also have used a feature where customers can upload files to a folder that you create and make available to them thru ExaVault. Overall we are very pleased with ExaVault.
