Aug 01,2013ExaVault makes my life as a photographer super easy. I use it to send photos to my clients and the process is very smooth. I really like ExaVault's interface, it gives me enough options to help me easily organize tens of thousands of files, but is simple enough to "get out of the way" when I'm working. When I've contacted ExaVault's support team, they have always been very knowledgeable and friendly (and patient!) with my questions.

Aug 01,2013ExaVault has a support team that really knows what they are doing! We had some problems with setup, but Dylan & co. were quick to answer our emails and walk us through everything. We love the site, and esp that we can connect with Filezilla. We are SO happy that we switched to Exavault!!

Jul 13,2013ExaVault's application is awesome - it provides a lot of features for sharing and sending files with their slick web app, as well as some great rebranding options. Plus, I can still access my files using FTP, SFTP and FTPS. The support staff are great too; they are prompt in responding to my questions and whenever I do have an issue (which is rare), they always have an answer for me. Highly recommended.

Jul 10,2013I've been with ExaVault for several years now, and have been very happy. The customer support is top notch, and the service is stable and fast. They have a really slick web interface, and support both FTP & SFTP. Not many of their competitors do. Nice work, guys!

Jun 13,2013I set up my account back in April of last year. It took just a few minutes and I was able to start using it right away. I haven't had to contact them for support, yet. Things work when I want to use it.

I personally love the fact that we are able to customize the "look" of Exavault with our own company logo and name. Support at Exavault is also excellent! Their support team helped us set up and were able to quickly provide answers to our questions on their products. Highly recommended!
