Aug 12,2014We have used Exavault for data storage and transmission for a number of years. Reliability has always been good - our data is there when we need it, and upload and download speeds have always been brisk. The use of the FTP service for file transmission has made communication between ourselves and our clients much easier as file sizes have grown over the years making past means of transmission (emails/CDs/Zip Disks) ungainly in comparison.

Aug 07,2014I am from South-east Europe and I am using this FTP service from USA west coast, as it is very fast, reliable, and prices are just fine. I am a user for about 5 years, having big storage there now – 750GB, never had any problems. We use it for big file sharing, all around the globe, download speeds are excellent. For everything I ask, they answer fast, and I think that the company is having excellent organization and professionals who work there. Keep up the good work!

Aug 06,2014I work for a very large school district and found Exavault for a project that required a completely secure and accessible system for file storage. We have had nothing but success with exavault and it has made a lot of our processess much easier. It is a testament to them that we default to their file storage over our own local network at times. The team at exavault also consistently push new features and updates on a fairly regular basis, and we are completely appreciative of that. Their support service is also top notch, Anytime we needed any assistance they were able to oblige expediently. I would completely recommend their service to anyone who needs offsite file storage!

Jul 02,2014Our business doesn't have access to high speed internet (all we can get is slow dsl), so when we started distributing software to our clients via the internet, we needed a secure repository. We chose ExVault and have been using them for over 6 years to store a wide variety of documents and files. The site is fast, secure and available wherever and whenever we need it. Their upload and download tools are superb as well as their support for other ftp transfer tools. It is without hesitation that I would recommend ExVault to others.

Jun 19,2014If you are looking for a site to handle your FTP needs either professionally or just personally I would tell you to look at ExaVault. And I say this because many years back I was looking to get an FTP site where I could cover both my family needs with a occasional work request where the requirements were going to be much tighter or so I thought. Turns out that these days even for personal documents most people expect secure FTP and with work, I have always been able to tell my clients that anything they put on my ExaVault site was secure, and technical people can tell if you are bluffing. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this site and Support staff. They seem to anticipate the features you are going to need, and do a good job of articulating the coming features in their newsletters. I would call myself technically knowledgeable, as by day I am a software engineer. Yup I'm a geek. And I would not hesitate to refer ExaVault to friends or co-workers.

We have used some others too but never found them this comfortable and user friendly. Considering that ExaVault has hardly any downtimes, we have been able to deliver files to our co-workers at remote locations on a consistent basis. The Web interface is easy to use for sharing files and folders, plus we can add our company logo to invitation email which send to customer for them to download and upload file. ExaVault is always find to way to improve their service which make file transfer is quicker and easier. We like it and will continue to use it as our file transfer service to our customer.

May 14,2014My company have used Exavault since 2007 (now 2014) and the service has been reliable throughout. For a reasonable cost, it allows us to easily share files internally and with customers. I particularly like being able to set up sub-accounts for different people, with access to particular sub-folders only, and then have notifications when files are uploaded/downloaded from specified locations. Also, the service provided has grown with our needs, easily upgrading to bigger packages as we needed more storage. I'd certainly recommend it!

May 01,2014We recently transferred our business to ExaVault. Let me tell you why. I recently became exasperated with a former provider our firm had been with for many years. Its capabilities began, over a period of a month or two, to degrade and ultimately everything totally stopped working. That former provider couldn't find a way to get us running after large commitments of time on our part over a period of three days, all of which now seem wasted in retrospect. Despite being a very, very long term customer they told us our technical issue could not be solved – and that basically was the last we heard from them. I guess the old firm did not understand that an outfit that can tackle the tough issues without giving up is the kind of group we, and everyone else, should want for a vendor. I searched the web and found ExaVault and it looked like they had the capacities and speeds we need. I called them and Dylan and other folks in tech support had us up promptly and running and able to do our work without having to keep trying to be a tech guy myself. He immediately understood the problem and locked in on a straightforward and definitive fix. No more slow speeds and no more getting messages after an hour or two that our uplift wasn't working. Dylan and the group at ExaVault knew that our firm has very tight time constraints and now we don't have to worry about whether we are going to fail to meet a critical deadline because of transmission or other errors in uploading and distributing our very large files. Apr 09,2014I run the media/tech portion of a non-profit organization. I needed a solution that would allow people other than me—the tech guy—to post things to an FTP site. I came across Exavault and have been pleased with it ever since. I love that you can still access things on a FTP client if needed, but can deal with it in a web browser too. I've been very happy with their service as is, but I receive email updates from them talking about ways they are improving the service. I'm impressed by that, and think that this may be the future of FTP—bridging the gap between technological ability, and usability. I would recommend this service to my friends.

Though it was the weekend, David was prompt to reply and we quickly solved one of my issues. The other would be nice to have, and I was a bit disappointed that Exavault's literature oversold their theme-customization options, but David explained that a solution required development work on their end, and promised to pass on my comment. Aug 14,2014This is the best FTP service that we have been able to find that is the most cost effective! The bandwidth is unlimited which is very important to the application that we are using the service for. I was shocked at the high level of technical support that ExaVault offered to our account when we were having just the slightest of issues while using our FTP client to connect to their service. They called me personally within 6 hours of us opening a ticket and then continued to follow up with us consistently via email over the next 3 business days to make sure that everything was right. I would recommend ExaVault to anyone because of how affordable the service and everything that you can do with it. If technical support and standing by their product is something that you are worried about, DON'T BE!!! These guys are excellent!
