Jun 17,2024I instructed Exclusive Law for a conveyancing matter. Unfortunately, my experience was not very good, but luckily, we got over the line and completed before they ceased trading for conveyancing matters. After three months in my new property and finding out it hadn't been changed into my name with the land registry I contacted Exclusive Law and spoke to Tracy rowlinson regarding this and an outstanding unresolved financial matter. She reassured me that the land registry issue would be dealt with, over a few weeks my management company had the relevant documents and the property transferred into my name. Over the course of the next few months Tracy fought my case regarding the outstanding financial matter every other day. Conveyancing is not Tracy's department or specialist subject, yet she was amazing and patient and answered every email I sent. I would 100% recommend her, thank you so much.

Overall the service they gave me was excellent, Christian, was always very helpful, took my calls, and alsways kept me well informed, he replied promptly to my emails, Christian made me aware of the process, and if something was going to take a while before I heard anything he always made me aware. I would recommend them and use them again if necessary,

Apr 04,2024My 83 year old dad was in an RTC last summer which gave him a broken arm and leg. We were passed on to Exclusive Law by the other party's insurance company. We were not looking for compensation but for them to cover my dad's hospital bills as he was visiting from overseas. We were put through to Christian who took the call even though it was his day off. He explained that my dad was entitled to compensation for his injuries and loss of his holiday as well as having all his bills covered. He was extremely helpful and reassuring, explaining things over again to my anxious father whenever he had any questions. We would never have been able to navigate our way on our own with the insurance company. We were very pleasantly surprised at the resulting compensation Christian got my dad. He was always very clear and efficient while being supportive and patient. I have nothing but praise for the service we received from Christian and Exclusive Law.

Mar 29,2024One year ago, I was a victim in a RTA which resulted in a serious leg fracture with life changing injuries and my whole life was turned upside down, injury aside, I who is on the autism spectrum, felt completely lost on how my life was going to pan out. I then was refered to Christian at exclusive law. And from the moment we first spoke. I was supported to feel at ease from the get go that I would get the support I need and Christian kept to his word. He helped me get the correct physio and mental health support and a year later I have never felt more reassured and happy with the result. There isn’t enough words to express the gratitude I have and always will to Christian and exclusive law.

Mar 05,2024After surviving the Manchester arena attack back in 2017 when I was 13 years old I have been living with the aftermath of the attack and massively struggling with it. I didn’t know I was entitled to some sort of reward compensation for what happened to me but I decided to take a look into it. George assisted me throughout my experience and was super helpful as explaining things to both me and my mother when I asked. George also helped me get my diagnosis with ptsd which I have been fighting for for the past 7 years. It’s so relieving to know I’m now diagnosed. I’m so extremely grateful for George helping me along my way. I know this is their job but they really do make a difference and I’m so grateful and hope I’m able to get back some of my teenage years that I missed out on. Thank you so much I’ll be forever grateful.

Feb 14,2024After I was knocked off my bicycle at a T junction, I was put through to Christian at Exclusive Law, by the driver's insurance company. From the very first conversation, the claims process was clearly explained, with regards to fees, recovery of damages to my bicycle and personal injury. Communication via email was always clear and the documentation easy to understand and complete. I have to say that Christian was exceptionally understanding and supportive on the phone and helped explain things more when needed and provide reassurance when I was struggling most. The outcome was very successful due to the knowledge, determination and outstanding professionalism of Christian and his team. Always be greatful.
