Jan 17,2024I have had a long and complex wait for compensation following a distressing abuse case. I was supported by a knowledgeable professional who was also compassionate and considerate to my mental health needs. The communication was always fantastic and despite the long wait for a result (not Exec Law's fault) I always felt included and never forgotten. Well worth the money and time.

Jan 15,2024Following a bicycle accident (a "close pass" that was way too close!) I was passed on to Exclusive Law by the insurance of the other party. I was dealt with in a clear, professional manner throughout. All fees were clearly outlined both over the telephone and in writing prior to signing. I made a claim for personal injury and damages to my bicycle were also recovered. From start to finish all in under 8 weeks despite it being Christmas/New Year.

Nov 03,2023Thank you Exclusive Law, and particularly Ahsan Khan, for being my solicitor while I sold my property. This was my first home, so my first time selling. Ahsan was great, very good communication throughout the process- He replied to all my emails very promptly- usually immediately. And always kept me cc'd into all emails, sent me copies of all documents, etc. When I had questions and emailed through he didn't hesitate to telephone me and talk me through legal terms that I was unsure about. It is great to know that some people are not scared to use the telephone! Sometimes hearing it really is more reassuring that just having it written down, and definitely having someone explain things to you is easier verbally when you can ask further questions. Costs were all up front and clear. It was a long process but not because of the solicitors, this was a terrible time (current economic climate oct 2022- oct 2023) to try and sell a property and I was worried I'd never get it sold- but the professionalism of Exclusive Law was never something I had to worry about! As soon as I had a buyer I was happy to let them take care of everything! Many thanks Ahsan!

Nov 02,2023We used exclusive law conveyancing for a property purchase. The overall process took approx 12 weeks. My solicitor Ahsan was excellent throughout- he was proactive and the communication was outstanding. If we were unsure of anything, Ahsan would ring to explain it to ensure we were fully informed. He also displayed great knowledge and made sure we did not complete on the property until every enquiry was satisfied to a high level ⭐️

Oct 14,2023Had the misfortune of dealing with this company through their trading company "accident claims helpline" when I rang them in error following an accident. AL try to claim that they are not connected to ACHL on the ACHL website link you can see that they are the trading name for Exclusive Law (of Peter Street Manchester) see : accident-helpline, services page The trading company passed me onto an unregulated company who overcharged for storage, hire car etc and didn't even progress my car repair! They are really driving up everyones car insurance costs! The senior partners in the organisation have now confirmed both the fact that the companies are the same, and that they fully support this activity undertaken in their trading name Terrible poor practice It's predictable that they will claim that the companies aren't the same. But that isn't true. Achl clearly state they are the trading company of exclusivelaw on their website and emails from senior partners JG and AD confirm this. They just try to separate the public impressions of the 2 companies Therefore it's very relevant to any potential customers to understand their wider activities Trust pilot took the previous review down as I didn't have emails to confirm my contact with exclusivelaw, not because they disagreed with the statement made I have now..... hence this one stayed up As an update - I have also found out that the company they passed my details on to (that they work with often) claimed money from the 3rd party insurers for a repair that they did not undertake!. Pure fraud! EL are aware of this as evidenced by an email I have off them.

He came on to our case while another colleague was out and he was nothing but super helpful, replying to emails promptly and providing us with easy to digest information. Since he joined our contract things have been moving quickly and we reached the completion date we desired.
